Editing and Proofreading

 

Since revising a third-party translation is often more time consuming than re-translating the source document, proofreading services are charged at an hourly rate.

 

Translations

 

If you are looking to have written content translated from English into German or vice versa, we invite you to contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.  ALBITS will provide you with an all-inclusive per-word fee which is guaranteed not to increase, unless the source material is amended.

 

At ALBITS quotes for translation work consider and reflect the following factors:

  • customer status (repeat or new customer)

  • total volume of the translation(s)

  • complexity and nature of the source text

  • formatting requirements

  • deadline or desired turnaround time

Two certified originals are provided for translations of documents for official use at no extra charge.

Payment

Cheques are accepted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) only.  Electronic payment may also be made in Euro (EUR).  PayPal is accepted as well.

All invoices are due upon receipt, unless stated otherwise.

Outstanding balances of 30 days plus are subject to a 10% service charge (min. CAD 20.00) per weekly reminder.
